I've had these on at night I struggle with sleep so so much in many ways and the first night I had them I tried it and I was out and properly asleep all night, thats not normal at all unless I've had to use a sleeping tablet which obviously isn't ideal, I find these really do help and they seem to help me be calm and rest, and I when I opened the box the smell was so nice too, I would highly recommend these for people who struggle with sleep they are really very good
