Please note that we can only accept returns for unopened and unused patches due to the nature of the product.

Opened or Used Patches: Once a patch is opened and used, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons. We prioritise the safety and well-being of our customers, and as such, we maintain strict quality control measures.

Damaged or Defective Products: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to our customer service team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue and ensuring that you receive a replacement or refund.
