The active ingredient is a purified fragment of salmon DNA — about 95% structurally similar to human DNA — the same molecule used in skin-booster injections at aesthetic clinics.
It's called PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide). We use it topically, at a gentler pace than an injection, across all three products in this ritual.

How it actually works
Skin has two layers that matter here: the epidermis on the surface, and the dermis underneath — built from collagen, elastin, and the fibroblast cells that produce both. As we age, fibroblast activity slows and collagen breaks down faster than it's replaced.
PDRN binds to a receptor on skin cells (the adenosine A2A receptor), which stimulates fibroblasts to produce more collagen, improves circulation, and reduces the enzyme that breaks existing collagen down. A 2026 randomized clinical trial found topical PDRN produced roughly double the improvement in periocular wrinkles and dermal density compared with retinol.
